Bar Council Election 2016

The results of the Irish Bar Council elections have been declared and the council panels have been selected from the 2016 vote.
The following will serve as members of the Council for a term of two years, taking up position from the 1st of August 2016:
From the Senior Counsel Panel 1:

3. Ms Mary Rose Gearty SC
4. Mr Patrick Leonard SC
5. Mr Seán Ó hUallacháin SC
From the Junior Counsel Panel 2:
1. Mr Shane English BL
2. Ms Grainne Larkin BL
3. Mr Darren Lehane BL
4. Mr Joseph O’Sullivan BL
5. Ms Venetia Taylor BL
