NI: DAC Beachcroft opens for business in Belfast

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has opened for business in Belfast.
This is the second new office the firm has launched this year, having opened in Paris in January.
DAC Beachcroft has joined forces with Northern Ireland firm McKinty and Wright, taking on that firm’s highly regarded insurance business. Seventeen fee earners, including six partners, have joined DAC Beachcroft and will focus on litigation, professional negligence and risk management.
“Opening in Belfast is a strategic move for us in direct response to demand from our clients,” said David Pollitt, DAC Beachcroft’s Managing Partner.
“For the insurance sector, in particular, Northern Ireland is an important location, and for us to have a presence across all jurisdictions in the UK means we can better serve our clients,” he added.
Prior to opening in Belfast, DAC Beachcroft had had a formal ‘best friends’ relationship with McKinty and Wright since 2016.
