NI: Davidson McDonnell expands finance offering with senior solicitor appointment
Belfast firm Davidson McDonnell has announced the appointment of Lynsey Elliott as a senior solicitor, extending the firm’s offering to include a full range of finance legal services.
Ms Elliott qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and joined the finance department of a major Irish law firm as an associate in 2012. She is currently completing a part-time secondment in Ulster Bank Group Legal.
Davidson McDonnell said she has “considerable experience in advising borrowers and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border finance transactions”.
Discussing her appointment, Ms Elliott said firm directors Ross Davidson and David McDonnell have an “extremely client-focussed” style of work.
She added: “They, and the whole team at Davidson McDonnell, have a great reputation within the market and it is an exciting time to join such an up and coming firm.
“The opportunity to help with building their finance practice was an exciting challenge I could not look past and I look forward to expanding the services already available to our clients.”
