In-house solicitor Grace Boland has launched a new law firm focused on providing plain English legal services to the SME market.

Boland Law will provide SMEs in Dublin/Leinster with their own in-house legal function on a flexible part-time basis, in order to allow growing businesses to easily access quality legal services.

Businesses will have access to an in-house solicitor located either remotely or on-site without incurring the expense and commitment of hiring someone full-time.

Ms Boland told Irish Legal News: “I am very pleased to be announcing the launch of Boland Law. Lawyers are often seen as an obstacle to doing business; our approach is different. We work within our clients’ businesses to fully understand how they operate and the challenges they face. We partner with them to come up with solutions to enable them seize commercial opportunities while minimising legal risk.

“Boland Law will fill a niche for SMEs who are not yet at the stage of having their own full time in-house lawyer and who cannot afford the big law firms.”

The firm will also support SMEs generally with any business-related legal queries or projects.
