Kearney Law expanding in the face of adversity

Director of Belfast and Dublin based Kearney Law, Paul Kearney, recently marked six months in business with the opening of three new offices, bringing the firm’s total number of offices to seven.

Whilst many businesses across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom are at a standstill due to the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, one law firm, Kearney Law, is battling against the odds, remaining open and continuing to work on their many case files, in addition to celebrating six months in business.

Kearney Law also celebrated their sixth month in business with the opening of three new offices in Cork, Donegal and Galway. Based in Belfast and Dublin, with a regional office in London, the law firm has attributed their successful first six months to their dynamic business model, coupled with the implementation of state-of-the-art technology.

The technology allows the team to work remotely, servicing clients’ needs with optimum efficiency, ultimately continuing the firm’s growth throughout the island of Ireland and Britain.

Speaking about working through the pandemic, director of Kearney Law, Paul Kearney said, “In business terms we are a relatively young start-up, but from the beginning, I ensured that technology played an instrumental part in my business, which is primarily focused on personal injury, accidents in the workplace, road traffic accidents and clinical negligence. The beauty of this is I don’t need to see my client base and as a workaholic, I can push forward and help my many clients.”

Speaking about the recent expansion, Paul said, “We are delighted to mark our six months in business with the opening of three new offices. We’re very aware that it is a tough time for businesses globally – especially with the uncertainty of when this pandemic will end, however at Kearney Law, the adaptation of a dynamic business model, which allows us to automate our business models and work remotely when required, has allowed us to avoid any immediate impact.

“The state-of-the-art system that we have installed allows us to continue to provide an optimum service to our clients, regardless of where they are located throughout Ireland or the UK. This online strategy gives us the ability to work at full capacity whilst receiving instructions online, via email, telephone and social media and this is something that clients are really appreciating; the flexibility and convenience that it allows.”

Kearney Law opened its first office in September 2019 and since then, the firm has been pioneering the future of legal services on the island of Ireland and Britain. The firm is the exclusive provider of a risk-free insurance product in Northern Ireland, offering clients absolute financial protection against legal costs in the unlikely event of a case being lost.
