Her many years of experience across life sciences and product regulation give her a unique perspective into the diverse requirements of organisations working in these areas.”

Maurice Phelan, head of dispute resolution, said: “Michaela is highly regarded for her ability to identify and evaluate the risks arising in an ever evolving regulatory landscape and for helping clients manage such risks. She is a trusted adviser with a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses and their legal requirements. I’m proud to welcome Michaela to the team.”

Ms Herron added: “I am very pleased to join the firm and to continue to work with international companies across a number of industries, to assist them with their regulatory obligations and to support them when issues become contentious.”
