The firm is one of a number of Irish law firms that have developed a virtual programme for summer interns in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions.

The programme aims to replicate an on-site internship experience through webinars, training sessions, virtual assignments and project work, with each task and instruction delivered by the firm’s legal professionals.

Interns will be assigned a “trainee buddy” for their two-week internship, as well as getting to participate in workshops with Matheson’s managing partner, partners and heads of business services.
