Originally built in 1913 as the Middlesex Guildhall, the building that houses the court is Grade II* listed and kept much of its original architectural features after its major renovation in 2007. 

Eye-catching features include majestic ceilings, intricate carved beams, and an abundance of exquisite stained glass. The virtual tour will also include some of the artworks from the Middlesex Art Collection.

Tours will be led by an experienced member of staff who will give the group an introduction to the court’s role in the UK justice system, explain about the history and artwork of the building, provide interesting examples of cases heard by the court, and who will be on hand to answer any questions attendees may have. 

They will also be shown images of all three courtrooms and the Justices’ Library, which is not normally open to the public.
