Now in its eighth year, the Law Society Conveyancing Conference has become a regular feature of the legal calendar. This year’s conference was held online and those attending participated from their offices and homes across Northern Ireland and further afield.

Attendees had an opportunity to consider presentations from a number of keynote speakers on issues including:

• Regional Property Certificates and NI Water Questions,
• Water Supply and Drainage,
• The Law Society’s Precedent Apartment Lease,
• Conveyancing Legal Developments and Update.

Despite the conference being online this year, attendees still had the opportunity to engage with speakers and ask questions.
