The firm’s knowledge team received the Best Client Support award in relation to its directors’ knowledge platform, On Board.

On Board, a unique online platform for clients, was created in response to the increased regulation and responsibilities faced by company boards and directors.

It is a repository of legal guidance on the practical challenges facing company directors and general counsel, with a particular focus on governance and regulatory requirements.

The platform contains knowhow on a number of legal themes and a video series where ALG partners share their expertise and experience on current challenges facing boards.
