David Widger, managing partner at ALG, said: “We pride ourselves on being as inclusive as possible and providing a working environment that allows anyone to flourish, no matter who they are.
“I would like to sincerely thank everyone in our various D&I committees, all our champions and allies and our pro bono team for making such an impact.
“And to everyone in our firm, who help make ALG a truly inclusive and diverse workplace.”
