Police in Dundee, Scotland broke up a planned fight in a park on Saturday night, where a large crowd had formed in advance of the organisers arriving by limousine.

It followed a previous bout in a car park, which was live-streamed on Facebook and viewed more than 100,000 times.

The man who allegedly organised both events told The Courier that there’s “real support for these events” and he was “trying to do something for the community”.

He added that “whole families were there” until police “surrounded the limousine and… scuppered the event”.

Supporters also defended the organiser in Facebook comments posted underneath the local newspaper coverage.

“If only [police] put the time into catching pedos and rapists,” said one comment with over 100 likes.

“These boys are sorting things out with their hands and ppl there to stop it if there getting hurt,” he added.
