And finally… floored
A property developer has been ordered to remove up to 20 floors from the top of a nearly-completed block of flats.
The 52-storey tower was targeted by local community campaigners who said developers abused planning rules to build it.
A judge has now determined that the block in the Upper West Side of New York City must be brought down to size, The New York Times reports.
The number of floors which will need to be removed is not clear, but it could total 20 or more under one reading of the law.
Developers SJP Properties and Mitsui Fudosan America have pledged to appeal the decision.
