And finally… how the cookie crumbles
A woman has been charged with drug offences after allegedly handing out cannabis-infused cookies during a St Patrick’s Day parade.
Cathleen Krause, 57, was “visibly intoxicated” when arrested by police at the parade in Shawano, a small city in the US state of Wisconsin.
Another reveller had reported to police that Ms Krause was handing out cookies which she said contained cannabis.
Police say they then approached Ms Krause, who pulled out a gallon-sized bag of cookie crumbs and was also found to have gummy sweets - both of which tested positive for cannabis.
Ms Krause made an initial appearance in court on Monday and will reappear on 1 April 2019, WLKUK-TV reports.
