Judge Erika Ballou, a district judge in Las Vegas, is facing a formal investigation by the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline, local outlet 8NewsNow.com reports.

One of the judge’s posts allegedly showed her in a hot tub with two public defenders alongside a caption referring to their “tits”.

The other post being examined allegedly included a hashtag with an expletive that could imply she would always dismiss cases where the suspect is not in custody.

Following the start of the investigation, the judge made another post quoting profane lyrics from the Cardi B song Get Up 10.

The quoted lyrics include: “Get money, go hard, you’re motherf***in’ right / Never been a fraud in my motherf***in’ life / Get money, go hard, damn f***in’ right / Stunt on these b****es out of motherf***in’ spite.”
