And finally… license to kill
An octogenarian motorist stopped by police told officers he didn’t have a driving license – and had been driving for over 70 years without one.
The man, born in 1938, told police in Nottingham that he had been driving since he was 12 years old with no license and no insurance, the BBC reports.
Police wrote on Facebook: “Thankfully he had never had an accident, caused anyone an injury, and never made anyone lose out financially, by hitting them whilst uninsured!”
The man was apparently pulled over after his vehicle was flagged by an automatic number plate registration (ANPR) camera.
