Ernest McBride was arrested in Mexico after giving his name to police as Brian Andrews, who is wanted in Florida in connection with a fatal road traffic collision.

It was only after Mr McBride was returned to the US that police realised he was actually another man wanted in two different states.

The family of the man who Mr Andrews killed while drink driving have made a fresh plea for information about his whereabouts, FOX reports.
