And finally… supermarket swoop
A man has failed in a brazen attempt to flee from police by quickly disguising himself as a supermarket worker.
The 20-year-old was allegedly driving a stolen vehicle and refused to pull over for police, sparking a chase near the US city of Dearborn, Michigan.
A police helicopter followed the vehicle for around 45 minutes as it was driven to the car park of a local Walmart supermarket.
The man then fled into the store and tried to disguise himself as an employee, MLive reports.
Police found him in the stock room, at which point he again tried to flee and was apprehended on the shop floor.
Michigan State Police said the man was now in jail pending prosecution for “reckless driving, failing to stop for police and having a stolen car”.
