And finally... what I go to school for

A school head teacher has been arrested after allegedly hosting a boozy house party for more than 100 under-age drinkers.

Police in Cocoa Beach, Florida say they arrived at the home of Roosevelt Elementary School principal Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan to find “over 100 juveniles… many of whom were consuming alcohol that was later learned to be available in coolers at the residence”.

Hill-Brodigan was seen turning off the building’s outside lights while a “juvenile was located on the front lawn experiencing an alcohol related medical event” and required treatment, police said.

Police also allegedly caught one of the young people attempting to drive away while under the influence, ABC News reports.

Hill-Brodigan was later arrested on charges of child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and holding an open house party.

Another teacher at the elementary school was also allegedly present and has been arrested and charged with child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Roosevelt Elementary School has not issued a statement.
