Dorothea “Coco” Fletcher, who has fronted the tribute show for years on its tour of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, is about 50 years younger than Tina Turner.
The outcome of the case could have serious repercussions for tribute shows and lookalike acts in Germany, The Times reports.
