Anne Brennan appointed to Sample-Studios board

Anne Brennan
Solicitor Anne Brennan has been appointed to the board of directors of Cork-based artist studios Sample-Studios.
Ms Brennan is a practising solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in the private and public sector.
She has worked at the Central Bank of Ireland since 2010, where she is currently head of function responsible for legal and policy in the enforcement advisory division.
From 2018 to 2020, Ms Brennan was a seconded national expert with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in Paris.
She trained with McCann FitzGerald and practised for a number of years in their disputes group, including spending a year seconded as a legal advisor to the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg).
She received her BCL from University College Cork and Masters from King’s College London.
Writing on LinkedIn, Ms Brennan said: “I’m really pleased and excited to join the board of Sample-Studios and work with fellow trustees to support Aoibhie McCarthy and her wonderful team.
“I’ve been really impressed by the members’ work and events and look forward to supporting Sample Studios to continue to deliver on its vision to be a catalyst in the artistic and cultural vibrancy of Cork.
