Arthur Cox appoints Ciaran Flynn to head governance team
Arthur Cox LLP has appointed ex-KPMG director Ciaran Flynn as the firm’s new head of governance, risk and compliance consulting.
Mr Flynn joins the firm’s growing company compliance and governance group, a multi-disciplinary team specialising in corporate governance, company law, company secretarial services, and legal and compliance risk management.
He brings over 20 years’ experience in professional and consulting services to the role and joins from KPMG, where he served as a director in its risk and regulatory consulting team.
A chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst by training, he holds a BA in accounting and finance and an MSc in financial and industrial mathematics, both from DCU.
His role will include building a team to support the firm’s clients in areas such as board effectiveness, regulatory implementation, risk reporting and risk transformation.
