Arthur Cox appoints Denise Murray as head of financial services compliance and regulatory relations
Arthur Cox has appointed Denise Murray as head of financial services compliance and regulatory relations.
Ms Murray brings more than 20 years of regulatory and industry experience, including over 15 years at the Central Bank of Ireland and at Mediolanum, where she served as chief risk and compliance officer.
Her role at the Central Bank included overseeing its asset management supervision division.
In her new role, Ms Murray will lead Arthur Cox’s financial services compliance management and regulatory relations function, complementing the firm’s core legal and regulatory offering.
She will broaden the services the firm offers to clients, focusing on compliance and regulatory risk advisory work for financial services clients of all types. This will provide those clients with an integrated end-to-end service that benefits from both regulator and industry experience.
