Arthur Cox appoints Matt Dunn as partner and head of project and infrastructure finance
Arthur Cox has announced the appointment of Matt Dunn as a partner and head of the firm’s project and infrastructure finance group.
Mr Dunn joins from Clifford Chance, where he was a partner in the finance department.
He has advised borrowers and lenders, including direct lending funds, on leveraged finance transactions, event-driven corporate financings, infrastructure / secured debt platform financings, emerging markets project financings, as well as the Loan Market Association (LMA) on its suite of leveraged finance documentation.
Mr Dunn brings substantial senior international finance expertise and will work closely with the firm’s infrastructure, construction & utilities group on financings in the infrastructure and utilities sectors, including PFI and PPP financings.
