Arthur Cox has been named M&A Legal Adviser of the Year for Ireland at Mergermarket’s European M&A Awards 2019 in London.
The awards recognise excellence in corporate, private equity, banking and legal M&A expertise across a number of European jurisdictions.
Managing partner Geoff Moore said: “We are very pleased that our M&A team has been recognised for its innovative advisory work on some of the most transformative Irish and cross-border deals over the past year.
“This is the tenth time in 12 years that the firm has received this award and is a testament to the experience of our team and its position in the market in recent years.”
