Arthur Cox to move to new premises on Earlsfort Terrace
Arthur Cox has announced plans to move to new premises on Dublin’s Earlsfort Terrace next Monday 20 March.
The firm, which is currently based in Earlsfort Centre, confirmed the move to Ten Earlsfort Terrace via Twitter this morning.
Brian O’Gorman, managing partner (pictured), told The Irish Times: “While we are moving, we will remain in close proximity to St Stephen’s Green, the home of the firm since its foundation in 1920.”
According to The Irish Times, the seven-storey building has a very high level of environmental sustainability.
It is said to be 26 per cent more energy-efficient than the minimum standard; has the highest achievable environmental rating for the shell and core fit-out (Leed Platinum); uses rain water harvesting to provide up to 40 per cent of water used; has highly efficient combined heat and power systems; and generates its hot water from rooftop solar panels.
The move follows a period of sustained growth for the firm. Last March, the firm appointed three new partners to its Dublin office.
