Arthur Cox tops M&A league table for Q1 2018

Arthur Cox has topped Mergermarket’s league table of Irish M&A legal advisers by both deal count and value for the first quarter of 2018.
Mergermarket is an independent M&A intelligence service with a global library of historical M&A transactions including fully sourced financials and exit multiples for powerful analysis of M&A volumes and values.
In the first quarter of the year, Arthur Cox advised on M&A transactions worth $716 million, according to Mergermarket’s latest report.
This represents a 181.4 per cent increase on the first quarter of 2017.
