Attorney General Rossa Fanning joins UCD Sutherland School of Law

Rossa Fanning
Attorney General Rossa Fanning has joined UCD Sutherland School of Law as an adjunct full professor.
Mr Fanning, who is a UCD Bachelor of Law graduate, was called to the Bar in 1999 and appointed senior counsel in 2016.
He has retained strong connections with the school since his graduation and taught there in his early career.
He was a donor to the school building project 10 years ago and a room has been named in his honour. Mr Fanning was auditor of UCD Law Society while he was a student and serves as a great inspiration to our current students.
His appointment to the school follows those of Caoilfhionn Gallagher KC, Sally Hayden, and Dr Michael O’Flaherty.
