NI: Bar Council NI publishes consultation responses

The Bar Council of Northern Ireland has published responses to four government consultations on its website for easy access.
The barristers’ body submitted responses in September 2015 to Department of Justice consultations on employment tribunals, judicial review time limits, remuneration of exceptional circumstances in the Crown Court, and the Code for Prosecutors.
Each of the consultation responses can now be found on the Bar Council’s website:
