Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioners have been invited to share their insights with The Bar of Ireland.
A five-minute survey is seeking views which will be compiled into a comprehensive, free report on the state of ADR in Ireland in 2025, which will be valuable to both practitioners and businesses.
As the ADR sector in Ireland continues to grow, the Bar is seeking input from barristers and other professions such as solicitors, engineers, accountants and surveyors who are often involved in resolving these disputes either solely or in conjunction with others.
Cathy Smith SC, chair of the Bar’s ADR committee, said: “This survey offers a unique opportunity for professionals across various fields to contribute their perspectives on the trends, benefits and challenges within ADR.
“Each practitioner in the ADR space has the potential to bring the uniqueness of their profession to the outcome. That’s why we are canvassing the views of various sectors including engineers, accountants, surveyors and law professionals.
“We encourage all practitioners to take a few minutes to share their thoughts.”
The survey will run for the month of February.
