Barrister attacked in Dublin family courts

Dublin barrister Gillian Finane was attacked by a prisoner in Dolphin House yesterday, The Irish Times reports.
Ms Finane was briefing a prisoner in a consultation room in the Dublin Districts Family Courts when he took out an improvised blade and held it to her face and neck.
Three prison officers who accompanied the prisoner from Mountjoy Prison were injured while intervening in the attack.
According to reports, Ms Finane is uninjured.
The Irish Prison Service is now investigating the incident.
