BDM Boylan appoints Colm Manning as partner and head of commercial
Munster law firm BDM Boylan has announced the appointment of Colm Manning as partner and head of the firm’s commercial department.
Mr Manning is a specialist commercial lawyer with a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from UCD Sutherland School of Law.
He regularly lectures and presents to industry representative bodies around Munster about various aspects of commercial law, and has brought a bank of his own clients to his new firm including multinational companies and SMEs.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Manning said: “I am delighted with the opportunity to head up the expansion of BDM Boylan’s Commercial Department. There is a huge increase in demand for legal services among the corporate and business owner community.
“I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and venture capital, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, business contracts and commercial advisory work, including relating to data protection and data security which are very topical at the moment.”
