BDM Boylan Solicitors & Business Advisory welcomes new lawyer

Munster firm BDM Boylan Solicitors & Business Advisory has announced the appointment of William Hanly as a commercial solicitor.

In his new position, Mr Hanly will be working closely with partner Pat Mullins and CEO Tom Leahy, as well as the wider commercial property team, to further enhance the firm’s commercial offering.

Mr Hanly graduated with a BCL (Hons) from University College Cork in 2008, completed his traineeship in Limerick and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. He previously worked in general practice in Mallow, Co Cork.

A keen sportsman, Mr Hanly is also a member of the senior rugby team with Dolphin RFC, playing in the first division of the All Ireland League and has an interest in GAA and golf.

Mr Mullins said: “The appointment of William comes as we see a huge increase in business with SMEs and to meet this demand we are investing in the firm and expanding our range of expertise.”

BDM Boylan Solicitors & Business Advisory, based in Clarke’s Bridge House on Hanover Street in Cork, has a headcount of 30 staff with 11 solicitors, five of whom are partners.
