Beale & Co appoints insurance lawyer Jackie Cunningham as senior associate

Beale & Co has announced the appointment of insurance lawyer Jackie Cunningham as a senior associate in the firm’s Dublin office.
Ms Cunningham joins the construction and insurance law specialist firm from DAC Beachcroft, where she was an associate.
She brings considerable considerable experience in handling insurance disputes, in particular coverage and professional negligence claims across a number of jurisdictions.
She has defended High Court and Commercial Court professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, solicitors, accountants, financial advisors and insurance brokers.
Ms Cunningham’s appointment follows the firm’s recent promotion of professional indemnity defence litigation specialist Fiona Mackey to senior associate in Dublin.
