BHSM appoints Keith Doyle as commercial real estate partner

BHSM LLP has appointed Keith Doyle as partner in the firm’s commercial real estate department.
Mr Doyle joined the firm in 2021 as a senior associate, having previously spent a number of years in the commercial real estate department of a major Dublin law firm.
He has advised on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of a wide variety of real estate assets including development sites, offices, retail centres, mixed use developments, primary care and nursing home facilities, warehousing and logistical units, PRS apartment developments, hotels and wind farm energy projects.
He also has extensive experience in real estate and development finance transactions, having worked extensively with pillar banks, non-bank lenders and high-profile international funders across a range of medium and high value transactions.
