ByrneWallace appoints James Moreland as head of corporate secretarial
ByrneWallace LLP has announced the appointment of James Moreland as the firm’s new head of corporate secretarial.
Mr Moreland is a chartered governance professional, chartered company secretary and a fellow of ICSA: The Governance Institute, with over 14 years’ experience advising companies on the full range of company secretarial and governance matters.
His experience includes advising on incorporations, restructurings, changes to company constitutions, share events, register rectifications and reconstructions, branch registration, company wind up and restoration, board governance, attendance and minuting of board and shareholder meetings, and management of companies filings with the Companies Registrations Office and register of beneficial ownership.
