Mark Kavanagh, partner and head of ByrneWallace’s banking and finance team, said: “We are delighted to welcome William to ByrneWallace. William is a highly regarded and well respected lawyer with a wealth of knowledge, insights and experience advising on banking and finance law.
“His appointment comes at a time when we have experienced considerable growth in demand from clients for our banking and finance services, in particular, across a number of key specialisms where our team have developed niche expertise, namely development finance, social housing, green finance, alternative lending and debt restructuring.
“We look forward to working with William and drawing on his in-depth knowledge and expertise to build upon and further enhance our range of services and advice, helping to ensure that we continue to provide an excellent service to our clients.”
