ByrneWallace names Feargal Brennan as new managing partner
ByrneWallace has announced the appointment of Feargal Brennan as managing partner, taking over the role from Catherine Guy.
As of today, Ms Guy’s six-year term has come to an end.
A senior corporate lawyer, Ms Brennan joined ByrneWallace in 2000 and has headed the firm’s corporate division since 2011.
He has over 20 years’ experience advising leading Irish and international businesses across a wide range of corporate matters, and has particular expertise in advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
