She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of personal injury, medical negligence, workplace accidents and product liability.

She has a BCL degree from UCC and a diploma in commercial litigation as well as 15 years of relevant experience.

Ms McConnell gained considerable expertise as a senior solicitor in a leading Dublin plaintiff firm and was also a senior associate in a global law firm acting on the defence side.

Her role as head of litigation will not only include working in the area of injury claims and product liability but also see her work closely with the team in its reputational and risk assessment practice for executives and senior managers.
