NI: Carson McDowell advises Belfast Harbour Commissioners in purchase of Obel Tower

Carson McDowell, led by Emma Cooper, partner in its Real Estate Team, has advised the Belfast Harbour Commissioners in the acquisition of the Obel Tower, Belfast from Marathon Asset Management.
Carson McDowell continues to advise BHC with respect to the ongoing development of the harbour, having advised BHC in respect of the development and lettings of CQ1 and 2 to occupiers including ITV, Wireless, Baker McKenzie and Cayan.
