The solicitor firm has been involved in the Work Inspiration programme for over four years, welcoming over 150 students over that period.

The programme sees participating pupils engage in activities which focus on enhancing their CVs, interview techniques and give them the opportunity to participate in organised discussions on legal issues and a workshop on the various pathways to the legal profession.

They also have the opportunity to lead a negotiation exercise, with the students splitting up and playing opposing legal teams.

The programme aims to influence students and help them decide which career path they hope to pursue. Work Inspiration works with employers to ensure that students’ vocational interests and career choices are matched to their work placement or inspiration.
