Clark Hill appoints Jennifer Fay as partner in charge of Dublin office
International law firm Clark Hill has appointed Jennifer Fay as partner in charge of the firm’s Dublin office.
Ms Fay, previously deputy member in charge, brings over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, corporate insolvency, and commercial litigation.
“I’m delighted and honoured to assume the role of partner in charge of the Clark Hill Dublin office,” she said.
“This is an exciting time for the firm as we continue to grow our team and strengthen our transatlantic offering to service the needs of our clients.
“I look forward to working with the Clark Hill team here in Dublin and alongside our colleagues in the US and Mexico to further position the firm’s presence in Ireland.”
Sam Saarsteiner has been appointed as deputy partner in charge of Dublin and Kirby Tarrant as lead partner for client service in Ireland, a new role focused on delivering exceptional client service across the Irish market.

The leadership changes follow the firm’s recent appointments of Conor Linehan SC to lead its environmental and natural resources team in Dublin and Conor Kenny as an international business co-ordinator for the firm’s transatlantic practice.
