Cleaver Fulton Rankin awarded FSQS certificate of compliance
Belfast-based Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been awarded the Financial Services Qualification System (FSQS) certificate of compliance for 2023.
The FSQS, managed by Helios, is an accreditation standard awarded to businesses that meet quality requirements for compliance measures. It is designed to simplify the process for submitting assurance and compliance data to a number of leading financial institutions across the UK, including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment companies.
This system allows financial institutions to access and manage supplier compliance assurance information, making the process of pre-qualification as efficient and straightforward as possible.
For the last four years Cleaver Fulton Rankin has successfully met the compliance requirements of FSQS across all key risk control areas, demonstrating that the firm has the appropriate policies, procedures and controls in place.
Suppliers are assessed against FSQS requirements across areas including business continuity and disaster recovery, anti-bribery, operational risk, anti-money laundering, health and safety, IT security, cyber security, data privacy, physical and people security, operational risks, responsible business governance, diversity and inclusion and environment.
Stephen Cross, director in CFR’s banking and finance team, said: “We are pleased to have been awarded the FSQS Certificate of Compliance for 2023. Our registration on the FSQS system demonstrates our commitment to maintaining high standards across our key risk control areas, keeping pace with the rigorous and ever-evolving standards of the financial sector.”
