NI: Cleaver Fulton Rankin lawyer appointed to UK Environmental Law Association
Cleaver Fulton Rankin associate director Brendan Martyn has been appointed as the Northern Ireland trustee of the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA).
Mr Martyn, elected at UKELA’s AGM last week, will succeed CFR chairperson and director Karen Blair, who has served in the post for the maximum term of eight years.
UKELA’s trustees form its ruling council, with members drawn from all sectors of environmental law from barristers to academics, with a range of experience and expertise.

He specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law across a wide spectrum of sectors to include energy and renewables, retail, aggregate and mineral extraction, commercial property and public law.
