Lawyers from Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s private client and dispute resolution teams have been ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2024.

The Chambers High Net Worth Guide recognises the best in practice lawyers and law firms in the international private wealth market. The guide covers a wealth of expertise across accounting firms, banks, wealth managers and fiduciaries, providing an in-depth analysis of the legal market.

The research process involves conducting interviews with thousands of lawyers and clients, whilst assessing the sophistication of work, bench strength of the team and quality of client feedback and market commentary.

Cleaver Fulton Rankin is one of only two law firms ranked as a Band 1 law firm for private wealth law in Northern Ireland.

Clients interviewed recommended the firm as being “a well-placed and established name in Northern Ireland” and having “a unique private client department which is head and shoulders above their competition”.

In addition, five individual lawyers were recognised with rankings for their exceptional expertise and knowledge in private wealth legal services.

Director and head of private client Michael Graham has been awarded a Band 1 ranking and private client director Timothy Rankin has received a Band 2 ranking for private wealth law.

In the private wealth disputes practice area, dispute resolution associate directors Rachael Gamble and Stuart Nevin were each listed as an associate to watch, whilst managing director Jonathan Forrester has been ranked as a Band 1 practitioner.

Cleaver Fulton Rankin is the only Northern Ireland firm to achieve a ranking in the private wealth disputes practice area.

Mr Forrester said: “We are delighted to see our firm ranked as a market leader in private wealth law in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide, in addition to having five members of our team being individually recognised for their market-leading expertise in private wealth law and private wealth disputes.

“Our ranking in Chambers’ latest HNW Guide is further evidence of our exceptional track record in delivering high- quality, practical advice and an outstanding level of service to our high net worth private clients.”
