Cleaver Fulton Rankin recognised for people management excellence
Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been recognised for excellence in people management at the CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards.
The CIPD NI HR Awards celebrate the best in HR and people management, and recognises those that have introduced business transformation or change that has led to a positive outcome, and how HR was central to this.
CFR won in the Excellence in People Management Practice in SMEs category, which recognised those who are forging ahead in terms of growth, and are achieving good management results.
The category also acknowledged the use of innovation and creativity, the ability to be agile and how people management is truly embedded within the organisation and culture, driving positive change, and improving business performance, and both customer and employee experiences.
Kerri Bradley, HR director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised by the CIPD and honoured to be announced as the winner of this category.
