Belfast firm Cleaver Fulton Rankin has recruited Nick Bennett as an associate in the firm’s employment and immigration department.

Mr Bennett has been practising as an immigration solicitor since 2019 and brings over 12 years’ experience in immigration services to the firm, having spent time working at the Home Office and two international professional services firms where he specialised in this niche area of law.

The firm said the strategic hire would significantly enhance its capacity to deliver expert legal support with a full range of business immigration mattes.

Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s employment and immigration team has increased its headcount by 75 per cent within the past year.

Michael Black, head of the employment and immigration team, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nick to our employment and immigration department.

“Nick joins us during an exciting period of growth for our team and we have no doubt that his extensive experience and specialist expertise will be instrumental to the ongoing success of our thriving business immigration practice, enabling us to support a greater number of clients with their business immigration objectives in 2025 and beyond.”
