Cleaver Fulton Rankin shortlisted for two BelTel Business Awards
Belfast-based Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been shortlisted for two awards at the Belfast Telegraph Business Awards 2023.
The firm has made the final shortlist for Outstanding Commitment to ESG, a category that shines a light on businesses who have shown a commitment to sustainable business practices and taken positive steps towards combating the effects of climate change.
The company is also a finalist for the Excellence in the Development of Health and Wellbeing Award, which recognises a business that fosters policies and practices that make a real difference to employees’ health and wellbeing.
Karen Blair, chairman of Cleaver Fulton Rankin, said: “We’re delighted to be recognised as a finalist for the Outstanding Commitment to ESG Award for 2023.
“Over the last 12 months, we have taken active measures to become a more sustainable organisation, which has included the initiation of our own Responsible Business Committee, signing up to the Carbon Pledge, undergoing carbon literacy training, and giving back to our local community and the environment through our CSR activity.
“Alongside this, we have launched an ESG Hub, a special service for our clients which is designed to help businesses access expert legal assistance with environmental, social and governance matters. We’re hugely encouraged to see our efforts recognised at these prestigious business awards alongside so many inspiring and successful enterprises.”
Kerri Bradley, HR director, said: “Being shortlisted for the Excellence in the Development of Health and Wellbeing Award is a huge honour for us.
“Our Employee Engagement Group and Diversity & Inclusion Committee have worked incredibly hard over the past year to roll out our health and wellbeing programme and diversity and inclusion strategy, enabling us to become a more inclusive, welcoming and people-centric workplace, and we are so pleased to see our efforts recognised at the Belfast Telegraph Business Awards this year.”
