Community Law & Mediation receives €120k grant to support children and young people

Community Law & Mediation (CLM) has received a €120,000 grant to support its work helping children and young people experiencing marginalisation in Ireland.
The independent community law centre and charity, located in Dublin and Limerick, has received €85,000 from an RTÉ Toy Show Appeal grant boosted by a further €35,000 from Community Foundation Ireland.
Donations made during last November’s Late Late Toy Show have made it possible for €3.6 million in grants to be awarded to the benefit of 1.1 million children, young people and their families in Ireland.
CLM said the €120,000 funding boost “helps us to help more children and young people experiencing marginalisation in Ireland and move closer to our goal of opening a dedicated children’s law centre”.
