Company Bureau celebrates 20 years with Brexit boost to business
Dublin-based company formation and compliance specialists Company Bureau are celebrating 20 years in business, having incorporated over 25,000 companies since 1997.
But despite weathering the new millennium, conversion from punt to euro, the Celtic Tiger, the recession and the Companies Act 2014, the firm has said Brexit, new upcoming regulatory legislation and the potential impact of Trump’s economic policies has made 2017 one of its busiest and most challenging years yet.
Over 20,000 companies were incorporated in Ireland last year, the highest number since 1999, a trend which the firm expects to continue and from which the firm believes it is well placed to benefit.
Company Bureau provides ancillary services including company secretarial, compliance work, web design, virtual office services and optimising opportunities created from the Companies Act 2014.
Directors Paula Horan and Andrew Lambe credit their success to their 18 staff members, encouraging autonomy, creativity and a positive workplace culture in their Dublin city centre office.
